I have lived in the area for 8 years and I regret not having gone before to visit this place, I am Venezuelan but I grew up with Italian culture and gastronomy, I worked since I was 17 years old in the best Italian restaurants in Miami and the best chain in Mexico. I could assure you that this has been one of the best Italian food restaurants I have tried, they have excellent food, service and vintage-style atmosphere. Very pleased and in love with the Italian cuisine of this place and thank you very much to the kind Sicilian who took care of us first! Don’t leave without trying the Sicilian mini cornetto! Are amazing!!
Having a lunch here, brought me back to my Napolitan days. This place is definitely a hidden gem for Italian cuisine!!! Food is so good and is cooked to perfection! I rarely go to Downtown but I just have a great and delicious excuse to come now !
Little hidden gem in the heart of Downtown Miami. A must visit if you want to get some authentic Italian food. Highly recommended
What a beautiful place in downtown Miami! I am convinced that this is a must visit if you want an utterly great experience when it comes to Italian food. Everything is freshly made and the melanzana: wow! I was also surprised by the vongole. You could taste the freshness of the pasta and it was easily digestible. Not too heavy nor boring to eat. And dessert was incredible! We took the hazelnut and pistachio gelato and the almond flour chocolate cake. Again, so pure and fresh. Grazie mille for the wonderful experience.
Wow! Love this place. Heard great things about it, however, first time trying it and it was fantastic. The Bolognese was on point. I got it with the wide fettuccini and it was delicious. My wife got the Pear and cheese stuffed pockets with shrimp and it was truly amazing. Ines was a great server! It is a beautiful restaurant, great ambience. They have live Jazz music on Thursdays and Saturdays
Absolutely loved Soya e Pomodoro! This hidden gem in Miami is the definition of authentic Italian charm. From the moment you walk in, you’re transported to a cozy, rustic trattoria that feels like a little slice of Italy. The ambiance is warm and inviting, with mismatched vintage furniture, soft lighting, and live music that adds to the romantic, homey vibe. The food? Incredible! Every dish is crafted with love and authenticity. The pasta is fresh, the sauces are rich and flavorful, and you can tell they use high-quality ingredients. Their bolognese pasta was perfectly cooked, and the burrata was out of this world. Not to mention, the service was top-notch—attentive, friendly, and full of personality. If you’re looking for a spot that feels intimate, welcoming, and serves real Italian food, this is it. Soya e Pomodoro is a must-visit, and I can’t wait to go back!
